Culturissima's First Visit to Dublin

Just got back from Dublin, which must be one of Europe's most colourful destinations, an intoxicating city where the gift of the gab and letting your hair down are as highly valued as the capital's myriad cultural delights.

The spirit of Oscar Wilde, James Joyce and Samuel Beckett is never far away, and there are castles, museums and galleries to suit all tastes. A forward-looking city, Dublin somehow manages to combine urban sophistication with the charm of a traditional Irish welcome.
